LOCALITY
All listing companies must be located within a 60 mile radius of their advertising territory. Such companies must have a local address and a local telephone to display in their advertisement. Nationwide companies must open multiple accounts with their satellite offices local addresses and local numbers. We do not list centralized, brokering clearinghouses or reservation centers unless the locality requirements are met above.

INSURANCE
All new members are required to hold full insurance policies as mandated by their local and state authority and provide proof of such.

LICENSING
All members are required to hold full licensing, permits, and safety requirements as mandated by local, state and federal laws.

EXPULSION POLICY
Application understands that Global Exotic Inc. can expel any company from this service for any reason at GEI's discretion. Such reasons include and are not limited to: 1) Email disresponsiveness, 2) Unprofessionalism 3) Consumer complaints 4) Deceptive advertising claims 5) Delinquency in payment. 6) Terms of Service violations

EXCLUSIONARY POLICY
RentExoticCars.com reserves the right to refuse any applicant, including re-booking firms and companies who may indirectly compete with Global Exotic's Corporation's core product.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your account can be cancelled at anytime by email, phone, or mail. Your monthly/annual access fee is non-refundable.
